Giant Schnauzer (confirmed introduction)
The ideal height of an adult Giant Schnauzer dog should be 45-75cm, and the ideal body weight of an adult dog should be around 35kg. A normal body size is best. The brittle and hard bristle hair is particularly deep; there is a soft undercoat and a rough coat. If you look against the hair texture, the hair is neither moist nor flat. The hair on the top of the head is rough, with rough beard and eyebrows, a typical appearance of Schnauzer.
Morphological Characteristics
Thick, rectangular in appearance, and very long; narrowing slightly from the ears through the eyes to the nose. All lengths are approximately half the back length (from withers to base of tail). The head is suitable for sex and complete conformation. The surface of the muzzle is parallel to the surface of the skull; the stop is slightly exceeded by the eyebrows.
Skull (from occipital bone to stop): The width between the ears is moderate, and the occipital bone is not very prominent. The top of the head is flat; not wrinkled.
Cheeks: The cheeks are flat, but the masseter muscles are developed; instead of being "cheeky", the rectangular appearance of the head (including the beard) is affected.
Mood: Thick and filling the space under the eyes; parallel to the surface line of the skull and very long; ending in a blunt wedge shape. The nose is large, black, and full; the lips are tight, unconnected, and black.
Bite: Complete and strong white teeth (6/6 incisors, 2/2 canines, 8/8 premolars, 4/6 molars), scissors bite. The left and right jaws are powerful and well-structured.
Eyes: Medium size, dark brown, deep set. The eyes are oval-shaped, with sharp gaze and tight eyelids. Eyebrows should not be too long to distract from the eyes or cover the eyes.
Neck: Thick, beautifully curved, flat length, cleanly connected to the shoulders, skin tight at the throat; coordinated with full height and length.
To comment on its movement is Gu Xiaopao. The gait should be free, stable and powerful, with good reach in the forequarters and strong start in the hindquarters. The forelimbs and hindlimbs turn neither in nor out. When the speed is reduced, the correct structure will keep the dog moving in a straight line, and the hindquarters will be thick, strong and flat.
